 Management - Natural Relief Alternatives
Do you ever pay attention to the warning labels on common over-the-counter medications?  Most of us don’t.  If you took the time to read the label on the box of Tylenol you will find that acetaminophen, the active ingredient in Tylenol, is toxic to the liver. I remember how challenging it was to make the switch from ibprophen to holistic remedies. Discuss the importance of a holistic view (emotional, physical and spiritual - diet, exercise, emotions, etc.) and ways to incorporate energy or aromatherapy with traditional offerings.
